Royal Palms (Virgin Islands) Year 2007: Design of infrastructure for new approximately ten(10) acre subdivision. Infrastructure design included: Site grading, stormwater collection facilities, sanitary sewer collection system, potable water, and erosion control.
Powers Avenue Water Main Extension (Jacksonville, FL): Design of a new potable water main extension for JEA Groundworks. Approximately 900 lineal feet of 16-inch water main along Powers Avenue from Old St. Augustine Road to Victor Street located in Jacksonville, Florida. Plans prepared included: 1) JEA Standard Cover Sheet, 2) Legend, General Notes, and Index Sheet 3) Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan(s), 4) Plan/Profile Sheets, 5) Potable Water Main Detail Sheets, 6) EPA Erosion Control Plans and Details. Services provided also included preparation of an Engineer's Estimate, Preparation of Contractors' Bid Item List, and application for Drinking Water Construction Permit through Department of Health.
Powers Park (Jacksonville, FL): Design of a new parking lot, stormwater retention/detention ponds, sanitary sewer collection system, and water distribution for a new Storage Units facility located in Jacksonville, Florida. Plans prepared included: 1) City Standard Cover Sheet, 2) Existing Conditions Sheet 3) Site, Geometry, and Markings Plan, 4) Paving, Grading & Drainage Plan, 5) Water & Sewer Plan, 6) Sanitary Lift Station Details, 7) Details and Notes. An approximately 4.5 acre site.
Yulee Family Dental Office (Yulee, FL): Design of a new parking lot, stormwater retention/detention pond, sanitary lift station, and small water treatment facility for a new Dental/Medical Office located in Yulee, Florida. Plans prepared included: 1) Existing Conditions Plan, 2) Site, Geometry, and Markings, Plan 3) Paving, Grading & Drainage Plan, 4) Water & Sewer Plan, 5) Sanitary Lift Station Details 6) Details and Notes, 7) Water Treatment Facility Details. Permits obtained from St. Johns River Water Management District (ERP) for Stormwater management, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for sanitary lift station and water treatment facility, and from Florida Department of Transportation for Driveway. Concurrency and Site Plan Review(s) through Nassau County Department of Public Works were administered by KCKCEI.
Calvary Baptist Church Parking Lot (MacClenny, FL): Design for a new concrete parking lot in MacClenny, Florida. Plans prepared included: Existing Conditions Plan, Site Plan, Paving & Grading Plan, and Details Sheet(s). Permit criteria for St. Johns River Water Management District (stormwater) verified and approval to construct obtained from St. Johns River Water Management District. Plans submitted to and approved by City of MacClenny Public Works Department.
Mayport Rd Water Line Relocation: Prepare plan for relocation of an 8" potable water line along Mayport Road in Atlantic Beach Florida. Client: City of Atlantic Beach Public Works Department. Plans submitted to and approved by City of Atlantic Beach Public Works Department and Duval County Department of Health
New Berlin Road Shopping Center: Design for a new private sanitary lift station, stormwater pond, paving, grading and drainage. Permits obtained from RESD on Lift Station and force main from Department of Health on Drinking Water line extension, and from St. Johns River Water Management District for stormwater. Plans submitted to and approved by City of Jacksonville Public Works Department.
Dungan Shopping Center on Southside Blvd.: Design for a new private onsite storage treatment and disposal (sanitary) system (OSTDS), stormwater management system (below grade), paving, grading and drainage. Permits obtained from Department of Health on OSTDS, from FDOT for driveway, and from St. Johns River Water Management District and FDOT for stormwater. Plans submitted to and approved by City of Jacksonville Public Works Department
U.F. Normandy Blvd. Family Health Clinic: Design for a stormwater pond, drinking water line extension, paving, grading and drainage. Permits obtained from Department of Health on Drinking Water line extension, from St. Johns River Water Management District for stormwater, and from FDOT on driveway connection. Plans submitted to and approved by City of Jacksonville Public Works Department.
Comfort Suites Motel on Airport Road: Design for a new stormwater pond, extensions to gravity sewer and drinking water line, paving, grading and drainage. Permits obtained from RESD on gravity sewer line extension, from Department of Health on Drinking Water line extension, from St. Johns River Water Management District for stormwater, and from FDOT for driveway connection. Plans submitted to and approved by City of Jacksonville Public Works Department.
Best Western Inn Suites (Atlantic Beach, FL): Design for a new subsurface stormwater system, paving, grading and drainage. Permits obtained from Department of Health on Drinking Water line extension, and from St. Johns River Water Management District for stormwater. Driveway and Drainage Connection permits obtained from FDOT. Plans submitted to and approved by City of Atlantic Beach Public Works Department.

103rd Street Rental Space : Site design and permitting for a new retail/warehouse rental building. Permits obtained from City of Jacksonville.
Bible Believer's Baptist Church: Site design and permitting for a new church building in Jacksonville, Florida. Permits obtained from Department of Health for OSTDS (Septic Tank) and the City of Jacksonville. Managed non-residential (NR) two-building review process.
Shepherd's Fold Church of God: Site design and permitting for a new church building in Jacksonville, Florida. Permits obtained from St. Johns River Water Management District and the City of Jacksonville. Managed non-residential (NR) two-building review process. An approximately 4 acre site.
Bryceville Community Center (Nassau County, FL): Site design and permitting for a new community center in Bryceville, Florida. Client: Nassau County Public Works Department. Designed and permitted a new OSTDS for site. Also designed public drinking water treatment facility for site. Additional design included paving, grading and drainage. Permits obtained from Nassau County Health Unit (Health Department). Plans submitted to and approved by Nassau County Public Works Department and Nassau County Site Plan Review Committee.
