ABOUT KEVIN KNOWLES
- 30 plus years’ experience in all phases of
design and planning. - Degrees from the University of West
Florida and the University of South
Alabama including a B.S. degree in Civil
Engineering.
- Licensed and professionally certified by
the State of Florida. - Author and creator of several computer
modeling programs in the area of
hydrology and used to calculate run-off
and post-development discharge rates for
proposed developments and permitting.
- Has been a member of the American
Society of Civil Engineers and the
Florida Engineering Society.

- Water and Sewer Permits through RESD, Department of Health, and DEP
- City of Jacksonville Public Works Preliminary and Final Engineering Reviews, as well as, Site Plan/Engineering Review Submittals through other city and local governments

Quality Design Plans
We prepare good quality sets of plans, which result in almost no Requests for Additional Information (RAI) from the contractors.
